I have been looking for insurance or anything I could get. I have AIDS and having my "mouth" repaired is not only cosmetic, it is also a HEALTH issue.
Having been assaulted 1-3-00 I lost 3 teeth and one is hanging on (half of a discolored tooth).
The teeth which need extracting were described as "hopeless" by the oral surgeon which could not handle the job (s)
In conclusion, I thank you for you time and consideration with my issue (s)
